Tier 1 Dependent Visa applicatiion from India for Non Indian

Post by datastage152902 » Mon Apr 27, 2009 1:05 pm

Hi, I will be applying for a Tier 1 Dependent visa for my wife and for son from India in couple of days.

Since I will be relocating to UK in 3-4 weeks, I wish to take my dependents along.

My wife and son are in India since August 2008.

I have got my Tier1 approved on Nov 2008.
I did not travel to UK AT ALL since then.

My wife is an Indian citizen and my son is an US citizen who is an one year old kid.
Can you please advise if both of my dependents can apply visa from India ?

Regards,
Dhrien
