Need inputs for Tier1 Visa

Need inputs for Tier1 Visa

Hi,
Need inputs for my friends problem.

My friend wants to apply for Tier1 HSMP visa.He got a problem with the currant company.
He was working for an Small IT company from last 1.5 years as a software engineer.Due to recesion the company people asked him to resign because he showed some fake exp. while joining .

He got all 1.5 Years Payslips.Form 16,PF every thing.
but in the releaving letter they mentioned the reason.

He got enough Points except the above thing.

Now Is it possiable for him to apply Tier1 HSMP Visa Or not?

Yes he can.
If he has all the Genuine documents to support his claim for earning sufficient points under Tier 1 then there should not be any problem.

The relieving letter is not required for t1 processing. If all other documents (salary slips, bank statements, educational qualification etc) is genuine there should not be any issue to apply for T1.

The only issue here should be employer verification.

It should be fine. Even the employer verificataion should not affect the application. As HO should not ask the character of the candidate(as the feedback may vary from person to person) but only verify the details of your salary.
