I need some advice...

I applied for PSW 4 months back and I am still waiting to hear from HO of their decision.
My Student Visa has expired now, but I am aware that my legal status continues to be same till i hear the outcome on my PSW application.

In mean time my employer is willing to file WP application for me and there is a section on the form where it allows to submit application if my passport is with HO under different category. So basically application will be considered for WP as I have not overstayed and not heard anything abt my PSW yet.

Am i right?

What are the chances of WP getting approved?

Secondly which decision will be taken earlier PSW or WP...if WP then wht happens to PSW application? Do they transfer by passport to WP department?

That option is for those who are on asylum seekers not someone who got PSW with HO. They will not gonna transfer your passport to different department. But for further clarification u can call HO and ask them...
