Just like to ask...Any Spanish citizen who have spanish passport need permistion to work in UK........

Or any kind of registration he have to done before travel or after travel

No permission needed.

It is possible to apply for a confirmation of residence rights on form EEA1.

No permission needed for citizens of any EU member state. They just need to show their new employer their passport or their national ID card.
