My application is claiming 50 points for 10 years of graduate level work with 5 years being specialist level work.
I have submitted evidence to support this claim... but I'm wondering how the Home Office handles cases where they disagree with the applicant.
Here's my question:
Is the determination for work experience all or nothing?
Does the HO give partial credit?
Specifically:
I KNOW my evidence supports at minimum five years of graduate level experience (worth 25 points) and probably also five years of graduate level work with two years as a specialist (worth 35 points). However, I'm second guessing my claim for the highest points (ten years with five specialty).
Will the case worker decide "this person didn't qualify for what they've claimed - zero points" or will he/she decide "this person didn't prove enough experience for 50 points, but the evidence does support 25/35 points"?
Can someone who has already received their response back from the HO reply and let me know if this situation has happened to them and the outcome?
THANKS!
