1. Yes you can use 8 months salary as far as you are getting enough points using 8 months salary.
2.you can use before dec 2008 salary as if it helps you to claim enough points.
3. You need to corroborate your bank statement with your payslips. So if you can 12 months bank statement and 8months payslips, better get payslips for the remaining 4 months of letter from employer.
4. Don't know about Police registration.

Thank you for your urgent reply my detailed case is as under
My visa is expiring on nov 2009
I have started my job in dec 2008 its 25K job as I am applying in oct 2009 (using premium service) so at the time of application I would have
Dec 2008-Sep 2009...... 10 Months payslips and
Jan 2009-Oct 2009......10 months statement showing above salaries
(salaries are not transfered on same date of each month some time its 4th 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th of every months is it okkkkkkkkk)
I haven't got any p-60 from above job
Now can I claim points for 25K
didn't understand your below option??????????
"better get payslips for the remaining 4 months of letter from employer"

1. I have 25k job if I am showing 10 months payslips and 10 months bank statement can I claim for 21K as 25k/12months is approximately 21k/10months.
I cant find the new extension calculator....? is there any bonus points for maintenance funds...?
I have
29 yrs of age---1o points
Bechlor degree---30 points
Uk experience (16000 pond earned in uk)----5 points
25 K job but with 10 months evidences........? points if claim for 21 k its 15 points
didn't understand your below option??????????
"better get payslips for the remaining 4 months of letter from employer"
total 60 points--------
Can I get another 15 points from maintenance fund...?
If not what I should do now......?

Plsssssssssssss

It is ok.

You don't need to have P60 to claim point.
Now can I claim points for 25K
You can claim point on the total of Gross mentioned in your Payslip. You may have 25k salary but thats not what you have earned in 10 months. You might have earned less than that. So for 10 months do a sum of the Gross salary from your payslip.

You cannot do that. You can only claim points for what you have earned and not what you would.

There is not bonus points for Maintenance funds. But you need to score 10 point (mandatory) for this. You cannot skip this. Also points of maintenance funds does not count in for the maint attributes i.e. age, qualification etc.

Bechlor degree---30 points
You are not awarded points for Bachelors Degree in the new rule change. Below is the link for Self Assessment/Point Based Calculator:

Don't bother about it.

I was under the impression that for extension purposes, the points are still awarded for Bachelors Degrees...Please confirm.

Oh..Apologies...It slipped from my mind that you are applying for extension. Yes for extension you can claim for Bachelor Degree.

Thank you all
U got a bachelors degree so u need to show that u earned more than 23K to claim points suitable for your approval. Cuz u need 75 points from your age, degree and previous earnings....
