HSMP EXTENSION---SALARY SLIPS MATTER

Hi all seniors....advise plz

I am on HSMP which is going to expired on Nov 2009. I am willing to apply before applying I have some queastions. Can anyone please give me the advise................?
1. I have 25k job (starting from Dec 2008)
if I am showing 10 months payslips and 10 months bank statement can I claim for 21K as 25k/12months is approximately 21k/10months.
I cant find the new extension calculator....? is there any bonus points for maintenance funds...?
I have
29 yrs of age---1o points
Bechlor degree---30 points
Uk experience (16000 pond earned in uk)----5 points
25 K job but with 10 months evidences........? points if claim for 21 k its 15 points
total 60 points--------
Can I get another 15 points from maintenance fund...?
If not what I should do now......?
