Update 19th May 2009

Don't know how much I should believe this but it sounded very nice to my ears. So, here's the update from today:

I started calling at 10:00 on the dot and got through within 5 mins. But then waited for about 20 mins for an operator. Very nice lady, crosschecked my details and confirmed that everything from external agencies are back and looks good. File is now ready to be sent to Minister for approval this week. Show receive something within 4-6 weeks.

I mentioned to her that I'll be travelling and she advised to give an alternate address so that they can keep in touch. Has anyone been in that situation before and what are the options.
