Where to find tier2 sponsors?

I've a friend in pakistan, hes a banker with 15 yrs of experience. Is it easy to find sponsors for that kind of job? Hes willing to pay the money if needed.

Why would someone need to pay money? Paying for a job is not a good idea.

As you may or may not have noticed there have been problems and redundancies in the banking sector. The employer would have to advertise and not find a resident worker before they offered him a job and certificate of sponsorship. The banking sector may be pretty hard to get into at the moment. If he looks at job sites for an idea of the jobs around that would be a start, as would looking at journals and newspaper adverts.

Hi,
My friend works for TCS and currently on deputation in UK (WP Visa). His plan was to chnage his status to Tier1 but now Tier1 is changed. He can't apply as they need Master now.

TCS doesn't keep any employee more than 2 years in UK. Now my question is what other options he can explore to live & work in UK. He is in IT.

Please someone reply me mentioning all different options he can explore.
