I am just going to apply for my wife's FLR(m) very soon and just need clarification as to what documents must be submitted in relation to "Ability to support spouse"?
In the form, it only asks for Bank Statements to show the income etc as an evidence that spouse will be maintained in the UK without recourse to public funding. Now is that the only proof required? Is the application process less investigative than for actual visa application? Can an application be turned down because they needed proof of income as well as bank statements?
