Visa sponsor sample letter

Hi all

My first ever post and i am asking for something. Could anyone guide me in how to write a visa sponsor letter for my brother in law and his family to visit the UK. I have tried google-ing for a sample letter but no good. All i need to know is what information should i put in there!

Thanks Batleykhan for your sponosr letter. Was very useful.

i am annoyed that i paid to go to see a solicitor and he was useless. Would have done better myself. Did however get a discount on their fees though!!!

I think he just read whats on the UKBA website and repeated it word for word. Oh well :) Reassured my hubby though that i always know whats right, though he won't admit it :)

If you put your mind to it, its damn easy to do.

I hate paying solicitors, particularly if they dont know what they are doing.

In fact you get better advise here, because its better and free .

You are right, there are solicitors who are never bothered with updates at all! And they will expect you to pay for scrap.

The letter is not for your type of application. Its only for visitors, yours is a settlement application ( I think)
