I am a pre April 06 Work Permit holder who signed the petition addressed to the PM requesting to grant the same rights as HSMP JR winners for ILR purposes…
Does anyone know what’s happening to this?
I read somewhere this will be submitted to the PM in July – which doesn’t make sense as I don’t see another announcement coming in July specifically addressing the WP holders. . . Also it seems a lot of work for the HO on the back of the decision like change of forms, LIUK test decision, staff training etc…
So I can’t see someone reversing the decision to four years based on a petition? I’d love to be wrong on this though…
