JR ruling and dependant Visa! HELP!!

JR ruling and dependant Visa! HELP!!

On approval of my intial HSMP (August 2006) my wife was granted a dependant VISA with no restrictions to her employment. Recently we applied for an extension (seperately) and in her extension she was restricted from working as a doctor in triaining!!

Do the respectable members believe I have an arguement to appeal this change as the 8 of April 2008 JR states that the dependant VISA should follow the applicants! Moreover, her own initial Visa had no such restriction.
