AFTER SUBMITTION OF MEDICAL & PCC

Hi, I am curious about what will happen next
after submitting the PCC & Medical docs and I was unawre whether that
my job verification is done or not

So, following is my process timeline:
Get ACS approval (175 Skilled Visa) on April 2008.
IELTS with 6.5 band cleared on June,'2008
Application Lodgement & Acknowledgement Date Oct. 2008
Medical & PCC docs required by Case Officer March,'09
Medical & PCC submitted on April 2009

Now what would be next......

Is anyone has same experience and wants to share with me, please do it
so that I should be prepare, and how much time they usually take to
finalize the process and conculde the decision on case.

Please help me if you know and have gone through the situation...
