Hey all,

What should be the proper format of the salary/pay slips? I mean what information it should contain? Should it be on company's letter head?? if not can it be on a blank paper with company's seal??

If the Payslips are printed electronically, they need to be stamped & Signed. If they are on official stationery( Some company outsource Payslip Printing) , it should be alright as they are considered as Originals.

If printed on plain paper , a letter from employer showing Gross Earnings should make your application strong.

Ideally it should contain , Your name, Pay Month, Company Name, other Earning Details.

Date of Make does not really matter.

Date of print doesn't matter as people do print their online payslips at will.

You can use any of the below:

1. Original payslips.
2. Online payslips print/electronic payslips with stamped and signed.
3. or Letter from Employer stating your month wise gross and net salary.

I think it should be accepted. even for me, my salary for example for July month get credited in Bank account on June 28 while I will get my payslip on 10 August. All three are in different months but I explained in my cover letter and it has been accpted and I got Visa.

to yasa and the last participant

If u get wages in account in march, u can claim points from march, if u get in april, u can claim from april, it does nt matter when ur pay slip is issued

An ur account is the thing that measure ur points u claim 4 ur earnings? ? ?
And al earning points r depending at the account incoming entries as wages? ? ?

Not offending to any one,
Seniors please, so more feed backs
