Employer reference letter for ILR

Hi

Someone has mentioned that PEO staff asked for employer reference letter for HSMP ILR at this post

Can anyone please suggest, what should be included in the letter.

And my question : if I submit my employment contract instead of employment reference letter ,will it be accepted by case worker ? ( Earlier I submitted my contract with my 2nd time extension and it was accepted )

Any idea please ?
