I can authoritatively say that the review process works. My initial application was rejected, my first review was rejected but now my second review has been approved.

You have to be able to prove ur case and make the caseworker see reasons why ur application should be reviewed and approved.

This is my 2 cents worth.

dear forumers, those who requested reviews,
how did you send the review? is it acceptable to send it by fax?

I sent mt first review by post and fax. Was a little discouraged by the time I got the negative response so just sent the second review by email to the hsmp address and kept sending mails till it was confirmed received.

It took approximately 5 months to get my approval. My first application was sent in march. The second review was sent in June. So from June till now - say 2 months.

I have sent my request for review by e-mail, and kept calling until someone confirmed it was received and forwarded to the review team.

I didnt know you could email it- I faxed with no problems today the review sheet and that two page letter. Hopefully the letter doesnt sound as annoyed as I am about this- but I worked on it for 10 days.

thanks guys,
I'll send my request for review as soon as I get the decision letter (if it was actually sent). I am really curious to see their reasons. Good luck to all of you.
