Tier1 extn, ukba posted parcel,did'nt tell result

Hi,
I applied for HSMP to Teir1 extension on 1st April 2009,
When I called on 18th May 2009 status is "awaiting consideration"
When i called today ( 20th May) , they said they have posted the package to me, when I asked what is the result whether it is approved or not. they refused to tell . I am in tension till i recieve the package.

Do the homeoffice tell whether our case is approved or not

please let me know

No. They don't divulge that on the telephone. You just have to wait for the result by post, which is a horrible feeling!

Operators can't tell u the outcome of your process. only the case worker can tell u.. anyways fingers cross...

UKBA now does not disclose this information over the telephone.. you will have to wait for the post to arrive.. all the best.

they would never tell you that over the phone, standard procedure. I rang up to found out my status on monday and was told the same....got my passport the next day stamped tho

I recieved parcel , it was approved and got visa till April 2012

Can you please confirm if you attached qualification and english language requirement evidences in the extension application?

However, it is stated in the guidance notes, that the documents are not needed if already verified in the initial application.

But its still good to hear from somebody who has done it.

yes i have applied for extension without my Orignal IELTS report and Degree Certificate & got the approval.

for their record i included photocopies of degree and IELTS report then mentioned in cover letter that they were provided earlier with initial HSMP application.
