Hi Lorrie,

Listed below are the only people who can certify documents:
Legal Practitioner
Notary Public
Justice of the Peace
Peace Commissioner
Commissioner of Declarations
Commissioner of Oaths
Judge
Magistrate
Person legally designated to sign documents from an embassy or consulate

When certifying documents, the above person needs to include the following statement on each document:
I certify that this is a true copy of the original document.
Signature:
Date:
Contact Address:
Phone number:
Official stamp or seal if available

Please feel free to email me should you have any other queries.

Regards,
Denise

Hi Lorrie,

You could apply now. The process takes about 2 to 4 weeks to complete so you will hopefully get your visa before July.

Best of luck with your travels!

Denise

Hi Denise,

Thank you for your reply. I have just tried entering the COE Code but its coming up that the code is not valid or the course is more than 124 days in the future. The code i enter is the 8 digit code on the top right hand corner of the COE letter??

Hi Lorrie,

Unfortunately you cannot apply online more than 124 days (4 months) before your course starts.

Apply for visa online

Post by Lorrie123 » Mon Jun 15, 2009 3:58 pm

just a quick question. I am doing a diploma course but it is split into two i know i cant apply online until 4 months before the course starts. The first part of the course which is a cert IV starts in October which i am ok with, but the second part which is the Diploma part starts in Feb 2010. Will i be effected by the 124 day clause for the second half of my course or is there a way around it? I have 2 seperate COE number for the 2 parts!!
