My case is from WP to tier1 ( within UK)

I applied on March 26, 2009, thro a registered OISC agent

Got reference number on 3rd April

Till now they say further consideration. When would i get it approximately?

Ideally speaking, you should have received your results by now. Did you check with your employer, if they have pending UKBA query?
Was your case complicated in any sense? I applied on 25th March, from WP to tier 1, but i received my approval on 8th may.

check with your employer or bank if there was any verification done from ukba.

My case was very straight forward..

Asking my employer would not be very easy for me...but i will give a try.
