Over 28 years - Should we attach Passport copy

Over 28 years - Should we attach Passport copy

I am applying in the over 28 years category. Is it necessary to include Passport copy. Should the passport copy be attested. I am asking this question because, there is no mention about this (or at least I could not find) in the HSMP application form.

Thanks Kayalami. FAQ answers my question. I went through the FAQ and find that only under-28 candidates need to send a copy of the passport.
