Hello,

Could you please tell me the reason you have quoted for early extension.
I am also planning to do that. My 2 year intial entry expires on 3rd March 2010 and I am planning to apply by end of Oct-Nov.

When I checked with the Home office, they told me that with valid reasons I can apply early.

Also, could you please tell if the extension is from the original date of visa expiry or is it earlier by 5 months.

thanks,
arun

Hi Alladin
I hadn't quoted any specific reason for my early extension. Just sent the application through without any specific reason.

With regard to the extension date my original Visa was expiring on 5th of October 2009
and they have given extension until 5th of October 2012

In your other thread, it appears you have mentioned that you have applied as "Employed". But here you have titled this thread as "Self employed". Have you applied as "Self employed" or "Employed"?

Though I am self employed I had applied under the Employed category.

I really don't think it matters as long as you are in a position to backup your claim with documents / proof of earnings you are fine for approval.

Hi
Hi Brother HSMP,

Could you please reply how to prepare and claim earnings through Dividend voucher ?

Let me explain you my case.
I get my salary and I also take my monthly dividends. For each and every month of my claim period, I got my accountant to issue me my divided voucher. Technically speaking, your dividend voucher should contain the following

1. Your name
2. Your company name
3. Your company address
4. Dividend period
5. Gross dividend
6. Net Dividend
7. Tax Credit
8. Stamp / signature of your accountant
9. Signature of your company secretary.

I sent my dividend voucher with the above mentioned information and I didn't have any issues with the approval

All the best

Cheers
PG

That is the amount you have claimed back as expenses. However if you don't have any just ignore the entire schedule

The expenses that are paid into my back account from the company's account.
They include travel expense
Call expense
etc.

Please note that my accountant had indeed clarified in his letter that such expense reimbursements are indeed a part of my remuneration.
