Is this the most up to date?

Post by Italybound » Wed May 27, 2009 10:36 am

http://ec.europa.eu/commission_barroso/ ... _ec_en.pdf

I have printed this out, but I am wondering is this the most up to date version of this?

If there is a better more up to date document could someone post it here.

I am trying to get this in Italian as well. If I do I will stick it up.

Thanks

Should of added:

I am Australian and have rights due to being married to an Irish citizen and haveing a stamp 4, free to work and reside in Ireland and I have been kindly told by poster Directive/2004/38/EC that I am able to transfer these living and working right to Italy.

What I want to do is get an Italian translation, so I want to make sure I have the right thing. On page 23-24 it talks about working rights. I assume that as Ireland is not one of the EU states in transition then we are both okay. Is there something in black and white that I can get translated?

Cheers
