Phone Call Or NO Phone Call

hi my wifes visa status changed a few days ago to ready for collection from gerrys islamabad. i wanted to know can she go now and collect her passport or will she have to wait for them to call her. As of yet they havent called her and its been 3 days since the status has changed on the web tracking service. From your experience do you think its better to wait for the call or just go there. And if shes does go there will they let her in as they have a list on the outside of all the appointments and are very strict.. Pls advise. thanks
