need urgent help

i had posted my visa on 29/04/09 and after 2 or three days i got the letter from ukba that ur application is being accepted and after that its been a month now they had not deducted the fee and no letter for bio matrix
but at the same day one of my friend had sent the file for student extension under tier 4 so he had got all letters and stuff for bio matrix now i am waiting for the deduction of the fees can any 1 help me what should i do now thnx if some one wants to contact me he can on my number 07794926175 thnx mushhood
