Yes I would also like to know under what circumstances! Didn't realise it was so easy to be issued with stamp 4 in Ireland!

I understand your frustration...but there are many people in circumstances just as bad if not worse than yours!!

1. Yes, it is that much easy because DOJ are bound to obey EU Laws but not Irish Laws.

People who are living here, knows the reality very well.

2. Country is not giving rights to his own citizens but to others and its totally against the constitution.
