Rob, once you got the certificate of sponsership URN (Unique Reference No.) from your new employee than, you can go ahead and submit your application at the HO asap as i heard now it is taking a bit longer to provide the results back (4-5weeks) earlier they used to provide visa back in 1week..rob911 wrote:Can someone give me some advice.
I have today obtained my UIN (Certificate reference number from my new employer). I completed work with my old employer on 19/01/09 and obtained Certificate from new employer 10/02/09.
Am I ok to make an appoitment and a PEO to submit my form and supporting documents in order for my FLR to be granted? My current leave expires 10/2012 and assume my old employer will be cancelling my work permit with them shortly (if they haven't done so already).
Bit urgent so any advice welcome.
Regards
