Hi,
I am a contractar and i operate through my own limited company.
So i am showing that i am an employee and director of company.
I withdrawing a big salary. I have all following proofs.
1. salary slip on company headed letter signed and stamped by me.
2. Bank statement that net salary is paid to my account.
My question is.
Do i need to pay tax and NI before i submit hsmp application or i can submit the it at the end of the financial year.
Can Home office ask Inland revenue for tax calculation in case of doubt.
Or if they found that the tax has not been paid can they reject my application.
Or i am thinking too much.
Please advise.
