as per the approval letter do not have a heart attack.
my name was wrongly spelt on the approval letter as well
what i did was to send an email to the caseworker that signed the letter.
firstname.lastname@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
quoting ur reference number and birth date.
tell him/her what your complaints are.
in my case the officer replied within 15 mins apologised profusely and told me to return the approval letter. that he will print a new one with correct details and change the approval date to the date he reprints so as to save me any inconvinience...
and thats exactly what he did.
My bow has been renewed
