Father name issue

My passport has my father name as [first name + middle name + last name] and my other documents like my qualification only has my father name [first name + middle name]. Will this make an issue in my application?

I am going to apply for Tier 1 (General), If this is a problem, what possible action do I need to take?

I can confirm this will not make any difference, as I had the same case, my passport has my name + my dads name as my first name, whereas last name is my surname..and other docs such as payslip, employee letter and bank statement has my name + surname, it all went fine...

Thats fine. Your passport is used to check two things - your name and dob (if you have claimed points for age).
