visa for family (wife and kids)

Post by John108s » Fri Jun 05, 2009 12:22 pm

I'm here in work permit. I just want to invite my wife and kids from India for 2 months only. Should I apply dependant visa or family visa?

If they are only visiting, then apply for family visitor visas, else apply for work permit dependant visas.

Hi Vinny,

Thank you for your reply...

Do you know the set of documents needed for applying the family visa?

I understand the above said documents are compulsory for a dependent visa. Do they still ask all for Family visa as well?

I'm bit worrying since my bank statements have some over drafts in past months...
