Tier 1(General form) need Help

Hi,

Can anyone please confirm me what should i be writing under institute in Qualification, as i did my degree from a college which is affiliated to a university. But My college has now become a new university itself.

So should i write college name or the university name it was affiliated to.

What does your degree say as the awarding body/institute?

If your Degree Certificate says about University select that university. Many colleges intially run under universities before becoming autonomous bodies. In these case, you should be qualifying under the awarding body of your Degree i.e. original University and not university turned college.

Yes, It's better if you quote the name on the degree certificate to be on the safe side.
