Anybody coming from Mumbai to London in July?

Hi,

My parents will be traveling in first or second week of July from Mumbai to London Heathrow. They will be traveling first time hence they are bit nervous and I am also anxious as you can understand. I am wondering if somebody is traveling from Mumbai to London in July first or second week and would be kind enough to just guide my parents along the journey. Please, I am looking for just general guidance if they are lost or confused. Please contact me if you are coming during this period and I will be very greateful.
