Appeal won, what next?

Post by charm1 » Mon Jun 08, 2009 8:18 pm

HI

One of my friends has won an appeal at AIT for Entry Clearance (student visa). He had applied for a visa form New Delhi and just received Approval letter from AIT.

Could you please suggest what shall he do next?
Should he just wait for Entry Clearance Officer to contact him or he needs to contact the Officer himself?

thanks

process after appeal

He simply has to wait for a letter from the British High Commission, Delhi. It takes a minimum of six weeks from date of the AIT approval. Due to delays, it may take 2 to 2 1/2 months.

If your friend is interested in cheaper admission (which is possible now that he has won appeal), contact 07926614888 / 09898026829. ask for rohan.
