Is this normal?

I couriered my documents on Monday (29th August), delivered to HSMP team on Tuesday morning 10.30. I have not so far (until Thursday evening) received any confirmation Email from HSMP. My credit card also was not debited so far. Is this normal?

I had the same experience but the problem turned out to be the wrong fee I put in the application form. You may have done the same or missed out any document.

Thank God, I found that my credit card is charged, which means the application has reached. Now I am waiting for the acknowledgement from HSMP team.
