CONFUSED REGARDING BANK STATEMENT NEW PBS GUIDANCE 01/06/09

I am confused regarding bank statement or proof of availability of finances. transitional arrangments have been extended til 30/09/09. so we do not need to submit 28 days bank statment prior to the date of application as it is stated in NEW PBS GUIDANCE published on 1st jun 2009. can we apply just having required money in account and balance certificate as proof and we dont need to submit 28 days bank statement.SOURCE OF INCOME is also a issue do we also need proof of the source of income? plzzzzzzzzzz sort me out coz it is aching.

Why cant you supply the documentation as per guidelines even if it has been extended? I would advise you to stick to it.
