ILR PEO- Glasgow

Post by venga_pal » Tue Jun 09, 2009 2:32 pm

Hi Guys,

I am going to attend for my ILR interview at Glasgow in July.

I heard a lot about Croydon on this forum.

I would appreciate any interesting points that i should be aware of at the Glasgow office.

I welcome any fairytales or even night mare experiences at that office.

I would sure share my experience after I get my ILR (Hopefully).

Thanks in advance

Cheers
V

We were at the Glasgow PEO in Sep 2007. It was a very pleasant experience all the way through like most of the places in Scotland.
I feel we are a little fortunate in scotland when it comes to dealings with most of the public offices as I rarely come accross anything nasty. (My very humble opinion based on personal experiences.)

Thanks guys... thats useful.

In the link supplied for the other forum, the post mentioned maximum allowed days out side as 180. Is that correct?

I thought its the limit for four years' ILR.

I think I am out side uk for 189 days in total in 5 years (not at a stretch though) including weekends and some public holidays.

Do you think I may have a problem?

Appreciate your thoughts guys.

Thanks again!!!

You will be fine, they were referring to the old limit

If you are below 225 or better 190/200 when applying in PEO, it will be ok
Good luck !
