Only SET(O) form for ILR?

I'm soon going to apply for ILR.

I understand I need to fill up SET(O) form.

But does my spouse [my dependant] need to fill up any form of her own?

Or only SET(O) filled up by me will do?

Only one SET(O) form for main applicant and his/her spouse and any kids under 18 age.
