Can we send application for COA in the same post?

we are both student and want to apply for COA to get married. Can we send our two application form filled by both of us separately together in the same post? because in application form it's written both should apply separately. what does that mean?

Absolutely yes by sending two application form seperately in the same post. I did the same thing as well and i got it.[/quote]

u have to pay separate fees anyway so....just send separate applications

You can send two separate applications, but in the same envelope. COA applications are FREE anyway!
