Confused over maintenance fund..

Guys, i have PEO appointment on friday and while filling the form got really confused/stressed over maintenance fund calculation.

pls help me out to clear some doubts.

i tried to maintain my current account for last 1 year so ended up having more than 10K in my current account. so there is a consistency thruout the last 6 to 8 months.

But in May 2009, our daughter was born and hence had quite a few expenditure. So effectively beginning of may had some what around 11500 byt end of may around 11300 due to most of earning being drawn for credit card bill and other expense.

Now will this affect my maintenance fund?

pls help me out.
