A friend has been refused a visitors visa on the grounds that the mobile number of his cousin who is a Brit Citizen is not genuine. The error in the number came from the host who sent a letter of invitation which contained another correct land line number.
My friend has a right to appeal but wants to know if he can make a fresh application while the appeal is being heard since the duration of the appeal can become so long and rather indefinite.
