You should have put him on the claims for HB and CTB for certain, the form asks you to list all the occupants ISTR.

Does ur husband work?

I think you might want to rethink this response, if no-one has answered it's because no-one knows or is more likely on holiday or busy.

We are with a few exceptions non-professionals, and I for one find your reaction a bit galling, seems you want something now and for free without any desire to contribute like we all do.

If you want or need an answer straight-away, I suggest you pay for it via a solicitor or OSIC registered advisor.

Good luck, tho I suspect you'll be lucky to get any responses now after a post like that.

You don't know the answer so what is your problem.

Have you actually tried to read the other posts here? I am not an expert either but your problem seems to be quite close to the ones other questioners have put here.

Well 2 weeks and nobody has bothered?? Hardly think I am being "impatient"! I have noticed peoples threads being replied to and yes some are similar so is it because I am new here??

Strange how this is the first time I get replies just to b*tch at me ... nice bunch.

"We are with a few exceptions non-professionals, and I for one find your reaction a bit galling, seems you want something now and for free without any desire to contribute like we all do. "

I didnt think you had to pay for advice here? CAB and immigration lawyers who deal with legal aid are almost non existant.

"Good luck, tho I suspect you'll be lucky to get any responses now after a post like that."

Well after 2 weeks I really didnt expect an answer now.
