Spouse of a I-130 beneficiary in sister/brother category

Post by confused-guy » Sun Jun 14, 2009 10:53 pm

Hi, I got very small doubt and would like someone here can help me with this.

My wife has a elder sister who is married US citizen. She has became US citizen 5 years back. After she became US Citizen she has applied for
I-130 category visa for my wife.

At the time of I-130 file my wife was unmarrried but we now she is married to me from last 2 years.

So now what will happen to her !-130 file???
will they allow both of us to qualify under this category or she will be disqualified as she is married now??

what is the solution or do we have to inform US immigration services dept about this before they make any decision??

please help
