I'm looking for accomodation on arrival in London, for a week or so; Before I can find some long-term accomodation.

Any suggestion for cheap bed and breakfast or anyone willing to take paying guest.

Travelling next week so please do let me know asap.

You can search for the Hostel Accommodation, these are quite cheaper even in compariosion with Bed and Breakfast. I knew that in London it starts with 11 GBP per night..... you can select the one depending upon the facilities they are giving and the area you want to stay in.
