what happened need your advice?
did you do dividend on ur company letter head?if not than is it on A4 paper and signed by your accountant?

Please tell me your outcome and about above questions.

dividend voucher was on simple a4 paper with my company stamp & my (director) signature.
thats what accountant told me

payslips, employer letter, bank statement s

for company

company accounts,dividend vouchers, bank statments , invoices , clients contracts, accountant letter

additional docs

print out of points based calculator,p60, employer salary letters,degree, bechelors degree with college letter, birthcertificate, accountant letter, company certificate, compay house letter
