What obligation they put on your maintenance funds, and Will you please share your experience of the Administrator Review. How you applied for it and how they respond to you. etc.,
BTW, Congratulations to you
@Salloo
ECO's comments for refusal were. "... The documents you have provided do not demonstrate that you are in possession of £2800, since your bank statement does not cover a 3 month consecutive period prior to your application..."
my initial experience for administrative review was not that great as there were no details mentioned on the refusal letter as to where do i have to send the review, no email address no postal adress..
but i did a little bit of research online called islamabad embassy and sent the review on several email adresses and thats how i found out the actual email address for admin review for every body's refernce the email address for admin review for the application processed in abu dhabi is : '
visa.abudhabi@fco.gov.uk'.
Further for every one's reference i attached the following cover letter with my admin review form.
Dear EC Manager,
Please find enclosed "Administrative Review Request notice". I have evidently mentioned the reason as to why I believe that the ECO has mistakenly made incorrect decision. I am assuming either ECO has overlooked the Barclays bank statement or the specifications mentioned in the bank statement, which I provided as an evidence for my funds maintenance earlier. Further other misunderstanding or human error is also a possibility.
ECO's comments for refusal are. "... The documents you have provided do not demonstrate that you are in possession of £2800, since your bank statement does not cover a 3 month consecutive period prior to your application..." However I believe that in line with the published guidance, the evidence i.e. my Barclays bank statement evidently covers more than 3 month consecutive i.e. (01- 12- 2008 to 09 - 03-2009) prior to my date of application i.e. 12-03-2009. Moreover I am not only maintaining £2800, but more than £2800.
For this reason I believe the decision is incorrect as my Barclays bank statement, which absolutely demonstrates the fact that I have been in possession of £2800 and you can further verify with Barclays Bank PLC that I am still in possession of the same.
