COA for a person whose TIER1(PSW) has been refused

COA for a person whose TIER1(PSW) has been refused

Dear Friends,
I would like to have your advice. My Tier 1 (PSW) application has been refused and case is goingon in AIT.
Is it possible to get COA for marriage as my visa has been expired?

No harm in trying (to apply for COA to marry)! After all, it's FREE these days. So you lose nufink!

You should be able to get the COA and married thereafter even without a valid visa but you will not be able to apply for the spouse visa FLR(M) from within the UK should your appeal fail. You'll have to leave and apply from abroad.

If you do go down that route be prepared for more rejections and AIT hearings with all the delay and heartache that'll bring but if you can prove that you both have lived together and the relationship is genuine you will get the spouse visa eventually

Of course, you could always get married in a Church of England church and bypass the COA altogether...

I am looking for some good solicitor.
