Special Delivery Envelop

Dear friends,
Inorder for the HO to send us our documents back we need to provide self addressed special delivery envelop as per the guidelines in ukba website. Does it mean that we have to prepay(Affix stamps) for the envelop or HO will do ? Any idea ?

It's better you provide pre-pay SPECIAL DELIVERY envelop to make sure HO does not delay/lost your document. I forgot to provide the envelope and HO send the documents back by signed delivery which took almost 10 days to arrive.
Don't count on HO for anything. Also you will be able to track the delivery if you provide the special delivery envelop.

The Royal mail special delivery envelopes (water proof siver grey in colour) have stamp prepaid these days.
