I provided company reference letter with detailed job description. They have awarded 25 points that means they have considered my experience at graduate level. Only thing is specialist level was not considered.Ashwin2005 wrote:SpiderKing,
Sorry to know about your case. I am sure, you will be able to make it during the Review.
By the way,
(1) What type of evidences did you provide to prove that your service as Specialist service?
Thats right, allocation & decision has been taken this week only.Ashwin2005 wrote: (2) You posted on 2nd September the status you got from HSMP team as "Yet to be allocated to the caseworker". Does that mean that during the last one week it was allocated to a caseworker, decision made, and documents posted back?
Ashwin2005 wrote: Good luck with your review application.

Is it really necessary to have training? I have never undergone any training in my life.ukpermit wrote:as a 'specialist level ', you must done special training in a particular area of the field you worked. and your experience must building on this level.
if you think you reach this requirement, then do the appeal.

I thing hierarchy chart is not required in my case coz I didn't claimed for senior level. However my job description clearly mentioned the number of people I am heading. Also, it gives job descriptions, which almost match to caseworker guide note.
