how many numbers?

Do anyone know that how many numbers COS application can ake an year. ours a 80 bedded care home . even if the UKBA says certain numbers , can we increase the numbers? please advise.

When you are issued with a Sponsorship License you have a certain amount of COS that you can give out. This is detailed on an individual basis. Beyond this number you must submit an application to the HO for mor COS's but submit enough evidence to justify the need.

vandalil, many thanks for your help. these specific numbers for an year or is that all a employer can apply? what if someone resigns and write to the home office to need more numbers.

If they need more they ask for more and explain why they need them. If someone resigns and they can't recruit a replacement from within the EEA then that is a reason to ask for more. You can never issue more than the allocation you are given. If you have run out you need to ask for more and justify the request.
